Reading it made me realize that over these couple of years in the US ... I still miss the same ol' things mentioned in there ... so here it goes :</span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" ><br /><br /></span><span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0); "><span class="Apple-style-span" >Here I sit, all alone, thinking why did I leave that secure cocoon of my home and come here to US for post graduate studies. Looking back, I see what a beautiful life I led with a fantastic job (tho' it din't seem then), beautiful home to live and friends to hang out with every evening. Aah, I miss that secure feeling.</span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" ><br /><br /></span><span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0); "><span class="Apple-style-span" >Coming here has just made me realise how important it is to be able to hug your parents everyday even if you dont spend the entire day with them ... That one hug at the end of the day just gives u the best feeling in the world ... Returning back home after sitting in front of that stupid computer whole day, was like returning back to heaven after a day in hell ;) ... Meeting your friends in the evening and being able to discuss any topic under the sky for hours long ... Discussing those utterly stupid TV serials with your sis ... Meeting Ajji-Aba(grand-parents) every other week ... Visiting Mrutyunjay Mandir every Monday ... Shopping on Lakshmi road ... Night long Carrom sessions at mama's place every weekend ... Driving thru the city just for fun ... Deccan, FC Road, Camp, Chandani Chowk ... Attending all those parties given by khandaan ... Monsoon trips with Khandaan ... Driving to company on those horrid Pune roads ... Sitting till late in the company solving all those defects ... Trekking Sinhagad on weekends ... Kanda Bhaji and Zunka-Bhakari ... Joshi Wada-Paav ... Hotelling every other weekend ... Watching movies till wee hours ... Mom scolding for being awake watching TV till late in the night ... Reading newspaper the first thing in morning (for an entire hour ;) ... Playing hide-n-seek with the neighbouring kids ... Driving back home from work in those beautiful Pune rains :) ... Pani-Puri, Ragda Patties ... Diwali ... Home-made Chakali, Shev ... Dinakche Ladu ... Home made food ... Playing cards with mom-dad-vaidehi ... Sitting in the terrace and watching all those beautiful flowers and plants there ... Giving food to fishes and love-birds (my pets) everyday ...
